The Australian Airports Association exists to advance the interests of its members, and to act as the national voice of Australia’s airports.
The Australian Airports Association
The Australian Airports Association (AAA) is a not-for-profit organisation founded in 1982 representing the interests of over 260 airports and aerodromes across Australia, from regional landing strips to major international gateway airports. The AAA also has more than 100 corporate partners who provide goods and services to the airport sector.
The Charter of the AAA is to facilitate co-operation amongst all Member airports and their many and varied partners in Australian aviation, whilst maintaining an air transport system that is safe, secure, environmentally responsible and efficient for the benefit of all Australians. The AAA is the leading advocate for appropriate national policy relating to airport activities, to ensure regular transport passengers, freight, and the community enjoy the full benefits of a progressive and sustainable airport industry.
